You Get What You Give (Cover)
The Season Premiere
Most Tumblr users, and our frequent readers, should know who The Season Premiere are by now. And if you’re late to the Tumblr craze, or the L.I.F.E. Press “craze”, then you are in for a treat. Arizona natives, The Season Premiere, have released a cover of the 90’s hit, “You get What You Give” which was originally recorded by New Radicals. Back when it was released in ‘99 there was much ordeal because they called out some big name acts, such as Courtney Love and Marilyn Manson. Now the song is just a one hit wonder that teens and young adults know and love. Singer, Justin Garza, does a wonderful job of singing the song, and bringing a new life into it. I’m usually against covers of songs I think of as classic one hit wonders, but they did this song justice. Check it out and if you dig it definitely re-blog it and spread the word!
