Atlanta, GA’s FOUNDATION are proud to announce that studio time has finally been booked and the band is set to record their Bridge Nine debut next month!  Recording will commence in mid December, with Matt Washburn from Ledbelly Studios in Atlanta at the helm (Mastodon, Norma Jean).  Foundation drummer Champ Hammett said, “We are finishing everything we need to do to hit the studio in December with our friend Matt at Ledbelly.  We are so ready for this album to be recorded and out for everyone to hear.  We are really excited and proud of the record but we are ready to hit the road again.”Foundation has spent the last year touring across North America, hitting highly-influential festivals like United Blood, Sound & Fury and This Is Hardcore, while honing their new songs and gearing up for this recording session.  The band has plans to tour Europe in early 2011 alongside Bracewar where they will undoubtedly premiere some new songs off of their yet-to-be-titled Bridge Nine LP.  Get ready to hear new material from Foundation that Decoy Music coined as “pure, unadulterated hardcore” in early 2011 and stay tuned for a release date in the Spring to be announced soon.
