British singer song writer, Ed Sheeran, released his music video for “Small Bump” today.
While the video is very minimalistic, it’s perfect for the message of the song. The consistency of people appearing and disappearing from the hospital helps show how delicate a life really is, and “Small Bump” is really about that.
Watch the video, decide what you think and spread the word about Ed and this video release!

Check out The Maine’s newest music video release for their song “Misery”. The Maine have taken a more indie/artistic route on their latest musical endeavor and we here at L.I.F.E. Press are loving it. The song is a bit mysterious and the music video shows that very well. The silhouetted figures and the old fashion contrasty coloring of the video makes this more than just a music video, but an artistic statement. The Maine wanted to move from the pop-punk/pop-rock genre they began in, and they very successfully have completed that task. I know for a fact I’m interested to stick around and see what The Maine have up their sleeves for us next. Keep posted here at L.I.F.E. Press to follow The Maine’s progression through the music world.

Check out Lovedrug’s video for Dinosaur. Which was written and directed by their lead singer Michael Shepard!

Hailing from Ohio Lovedrug are an alt-rock band that originated with lead singer Michael Shepard’s attempt to give up music for film, including a stint of film school in NYC, before his first love of music dragged him back (hence the tongue-in-cheek band name). Yet the new single and album, recorded in their adoptive home of Nashville, oddly realize both interests. On the one hand, the recordings showcase indie songs with sufficient appeal to subvert the mainstream, a true rock band in live-to-analog-tape vein (think Jack/Raconteurs).
